We deliver end-to-end custom software development, IT consultancy and strategic advisory, cloud deployment and managed services, AI-driven solutions and data analytics, as well as IoT solutions, helping businesses across industries design, build, and scale impactful digital platforms and applications.

We are now open for Front-Desk Officer, and we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities

•  Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
•  Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
•  Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
•  Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and office area
•  Manage meeting room bookings and assist with basic office coordination
•  Support HR, Admin, and Accounting tasks such as document filing, data entry, expenses tracking, and simple coordination
•  Liase with vendors for company activities
•  Keep track of simple accounting entries 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•  Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
•  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
•  Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•  Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
•  Able to multitask and manage time effectively
•  Organized, proactive, and responsible
•  Customer-oriented and professional attitude
•  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, social media platforms)
•  Creative mindset is an advantage
