Our Purpose

Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Creates and update master data records:</li>
<li>Create and maintain master data including but not limited to Customer master, Fixed Asset Master, Vendor Master.</li>
<li>Works in conjunction with the business to ensure accurate master data set-ups and maintenance in the system.</li>
<li>Master data deactivation / obsoleting as and when required.</li>
<li>Blocking and unblocking vendors and customers depending on the request made by the business.</li>
<li>Managing the workflow approval/limit for staff claims. </li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.</li>
<li>Perform callback to vendor to verify information and banking details.</li>
<li>Work with the team members to share best practices.</li>
<li>Managing the mailbox/ticketing tool to ensure all request are responded on timely basis.</li>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc reporting required by the Line Manager or others.</li>
<li>Identify, recommend and develop solutions in consultation with Team Lead for continuous improvement opportunities. </li>
</ul>
