Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Executive to join our growing team. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our creative vision and client expectations. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills, along with a passion for bringing big ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing and executing event concepts, timelines, and budgets.</li>
<li>Coordinate all logistical aspects of events including venue bookings, vendor sourcing, permits, and AV requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth planning and flawless execution.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and run-downs for client pitches and event briefs.</li>
<li>Support on-site event setup, registration, and teardown activities.</li>
<li>Conduct post-event evaluations and generate feedback reports.</li>
<li>Manage administrative duties such as vendor invoices, client billing, and internal documentation.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in event planning or project coordination a plus.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Canva, MS Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and immersive experiences.</li>
<li>Experience in corporate and lifestyle event environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Singapore’s event landscape and vendor networks.</li>
<li>Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or social media platforms is an added advantage.</li>
