We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Event Coordinators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events &amp; conferences. This role requires an individual with a passion for creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.&nbsp;

<li>Conceptualize event themes and ideas in alignment with clients requirements.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.</li>
<li>Independently plan, organize, and oversee events - ensuring smooth execution from conception to completion.</li>
<li>Directly liaise with vendors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to manage all event logistics effectively.</li>
<li>Manage event schedules, including setup, breakdown, and post-event evaluations, working independently.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact during events, swiftly resolving any arising issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.</li>
</ul>
