Maruki Ramen started its operation on January 18, 2020. The owners believes that the essence of purity and quality food is the key into creating a wholesome, tasteful dish.&nbsp;
Commited in delivering an unforgettable ramen experience, a Ramen master who runs an omakase-style ramen restaurant was brought in to create an authentic ramen experience while perfecting new recipes to suite the local taste.
Our mission is to serve healthy, wholesome ramen, free MSG and most importantly, Halal for everyone to enjoy.
All our food ingredients are from Halal certified supplier including the meats and poultry and there are no traces of alcohol in our dishes. Maruki Ramen also has recently been certified Halal by JAKIM.

<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.</li>
