<p>As a Sales Operations Planning &amp; Development - Analyst at JurisTech, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, developing strategic plans, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements will be key to your success in this role.</p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p>Sales Operations Support:</p>
<ol>
<li>Streamline sales processes by managing sales tracking tools / files and process data from CRM systems.</li>
<li>Ensure various sales enablers &amp; initiatives are up-to-date and accessible to the team &amp; management.</li>
<li>Coordinate sales meetings, cadences other activities to support the sales process.</li>
<li>Assist Account Managers in development &amp; updates of Sales Account plans &amp; Opportunity Close Plans.</li>
</ol>
<p>Planning, Forecasting &amp; Reporting:</p>
<ol>
<li>Collaborate with sales teams &amp; finance to ensure all deals are promptly updated to develop accurate sales forecasts and targets.</li>
<li>Analyze internal sales trends and pipeline data to provide insights &amp; visibility for Account managers &amp; Management for strategic planning &amp; decision making.</li>
</ol>
<p>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</p>
<ol>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports and presentations on weekly intervals for management cadences &amp; meetings.</li>
<li>Utilize data to recommend improvements in sales processes and strategies.</li>
</ol>
<p>Process Improvement:</p>
<ol>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement within all existing sales operations &amp; processes.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales productivity.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.</li>
</ol>
<p>Business Units Collaboration:</p>
<ol>
<li>Act as a liaison between Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments for all Sales &amp; operational related collaborations</li>
<li>Ensure sales &amp; pipeline operations, processes &amp; implementations are aligned among business units (BUs).</li>
<li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.</li>
