<p><strong>HOW WOULD YOU ACHIEVE THIS?</strong></p>
<p>You will need to:</p>
<p>I. Instructional Design &amp; Content Development</p>
<ol>
<li>Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, outcome-focused learning programs using instructional-design best practices (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy etc).</li>
<li>Create engaging learning assets:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>E-learning modules and microlearning nuggets.</li>
<li>Scenario-based simulations for software delivery and client engagement.</li>
<li>Bite-sized videos, infographics, quick-read articles, and job aids.</li>
</ul>
<p>II. Designing &amp; Activating Future-Ready Talent Strategies</p>
<ol>
<li>Support succession-planning activities and career-path frameworks that drive retention and internal mobility.</li>
<li>Contribute to leadership-pipeline initiatives and talent-mapping exercises using performance–potential matrices.</li>
</ol>
<p>III. Empowering Performance through Measurement</p>
<ol>
<li>Define and track key learning metrics (completion rates, learner satisfaction, skill proficiency, ROI).</li>
<li>Analyse data to enhance programs and demonstrate measurable business impact.</li>
<li>Present regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.</li>
</ol>
<p>IV. Trailblazing the Onboarding Journey</p>
<ol>
<li>Co-champion and refine our NewHOPe (New Hire Orientation Programme) to ensure a seamless, “customer first” induction experience.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics and collect feedback to shorten time-to-productivity.</li>
