Job Description
- To maintain, service and develop new businesses/projects from existing and new customers.
- To plan, execute and achieve sales and profit targets set.
- To manage project and technical development.
- To coordinate RFQ from customer and lead entire program from bidding to launch of product(s).
- To analyze customers’ requirements with objective to meet and exceed requirements.
- To act as the primary interface between customers and internal manufacturing and engineering support.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Science.
- At least 8 years working experience in project management and/or new product introduction (NPI) with the last 3 years at managerial level.
- Mandatory experience in plastic injection molding or sheet metal or die casting or PCB assembly.
- Possess good communication skills and an excellent team player.
- Able to travel frequently.
