Job Description

• Lead and manage production processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality and cost control.
• Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and resource planning.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design, processes and systems.
• Lead and manage improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing costs and optimizing processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and production staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery and automation systems.
• Proven experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in using production management and ERP software.
