We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to support proposal preparation, quotation management, tender coordination, and client account operations. This role works closely with the Account Manager and offers hands-on exposure to client-facing business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
• Monitor tender opportunities and assist with submission requirements
• Coordinate account-related activities, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
• Maintain and organize proposal, quotation, and client documentation
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Genuine interest in building a career in Account Management / Client Management
• Malaysian citizen based in or able to commute to Kuala Lumpur/Selangor
• Available to work on-site approximately once per week
• Strong written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields is preferred

Nice to Have

•  Experience with proposals, pitch decks, or event/project coordination is a plus

Location & Working Arrangement

• Hybrid — based in KL/Selangor, on-site roughly once a week (team discussions)
• Relocation not applicable for this internship
