Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ownership of the assigned customer account and prospect, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also be working with cross functional departments and leading in proposals, presentations to customers and prospect, and other identified initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate as the primary point of contact for new prospect stakeholders.
  2. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with new prospect and/or existing customer, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
  3. Prepare and guarantee, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  4. Lead and prepare proposals to new prospect and/or existing customer.
  5. Prepare, update, manage costing sheets for all assigned opportunities for Account/Prospect.
  6. Ensure accuracy and quality of all commercial documentation.
  7. Work with solution and other delivery and support team on crafting solution for opportunities within new prospect and/or existing customer assigned.
  8. Prepare Account/Prospect planning on assigned new prospect and/or existing customer on yearly basis.
  9. Review Account/Prospect planning and strategy on half yearly basis.
  10. Work with legal department on contract preparation for opportunities and deals closure.
  11. Ensuring all necessary information and data are input correctly into the CRM system and take accountability on information recorded.
  12. Follow up with customers on Account Receivables working closely with marketing support and other teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in IT related, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Training will be provided.  
  2. Experience in sales or business development for 2-3 years.
  3. Proven success in rapport building as well as achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  4. Good English proficiency in both oral and writing. 
  5. Possess basic Mathematic skills. 
  6. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
  7. Aptitude to learn about IT industry and various IT solutions and systems.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  9. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  11. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  12. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
