IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY !!

QUANTITY SURVEYOR 

SALARY - RM2.5k - RM3.5k (depends on experience)

Pre-contract:

Assessing project feasibility, preparing cost estimates, and preparing tender documents.

During Construction:

Monitoring project costs, managing variations, issuing payment certificates, and managing risks.

Post-contract:

Preparing final accounts, resolving claims, and ensuring project compliance. 

Cost Estimation and Management:

Prepare cost estimates for projects, monitor ongoing costs, and manage budget variations.

Contract Management:

Prepare tender documents, negotiating contracts, and managing contractual relationships with subcontractors and contractors.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial reports, track project costs, and ensure financial compliance with regulations and standards.

Project Planning and Control:

Handle  project planning, manage project risks, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Procurement:

Identifying and selecting suppliers, procuring materials, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 

Job Requirement :-

• Candidates must posses DIPLOMA in Quantity Surveying or Construction Engineering
• Candidates must be EXPERIENCED working in quantity surveyor field for 1 YEAR OR MORE.
• Candidates must be EXPERIENCED in WPS,MICROSOFT EXCEL & WORD
• Candidates must be ABLE TO ATTEND site visit or meetings.
• Candidates must fluent in MALAY,ENGLISH AND MANDARIN (added advantage) in both speaking and written.
