Our Mission

Purchasing / Procurement Duties 
<ul>
<li>Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods, services, parts, and components based on company and project requirements.</li>
<li>Request and compare quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain and update inventory records and monitor stock levels where required.</li>
<li>Support engineers and relevant departments with urgent material or part sourcing.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Accounts Duties
<ul>
<li>Key in e-invoice-related documents into the e-invoice portal and handle timely submission.</li>
<li>Perform daily data entry into the accounting system.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing payment vouchers and processing supplier payments.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and supporting records.</li>
<li>Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
 Administrative Support 
<ul>
<li>Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping for both procurement and accounts.</li>
<li>Perform general office administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.</li>
</ul>
