Job Description

Purchasing / Procurement Duties

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods, services, parts, and components based on company and project requirements.
  • Request and compare quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and monitor stock levels where required.
  • Support engineers and relevant departments with urgent material or part sourcing.

 Accounts Duties

  • Key in e-invoice-related documents into the e-invoice portal and handle timely submission.
  • Perform daily data entry into the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers and processing supplier payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Administrative Support

  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping for both procurement and accounts.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.
  • Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.


Job Requirements

  • Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin - Mostly Mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years working in accounts, purchasing, or administrative support. Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
  • Able to work with online portals, including e-invoice systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in data entry, document handling, and record-keeping.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly with engineers, suppliers, and internal departments.
