TECHNICAL LEAD, AUTOMATION DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Company’s automation and digital transformation programs.
• Work closely with the Company’s business leaders and technical consultants to design, develop and implement automation and AI solutions for business operations.
• Apply AI, automation and computer programming techniques to support business analytics and improve operations efficiency.
• Monitor, maintain and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, and recommend enhancements or optimizations where necessary.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, Copilot/Gemini and Copilot Agent Studio.
• Familiarity with low-code web development and mobile app development will be advantageous.
• Demonstrate keen interest in AI, automation, and computer programming.
• Good communication capabilities and excel in a team working environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with sound analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Less than three (3) years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
