This role plays a critical part in enabling smooth outbound freight operations and providing business insights through data-driven analysis.<br> <br> <b>This position supports the Europe region and will require working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (MYT) to align with regional stakeholders.</b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Act as the key liaison for all freight and rate card-related queries across the business</li> <li>Handle purchase orders and queries related to outbound freight and freight recharges</li> <li>Post manual GRNs and ensure accuracy of financial entries</li> <li>Prepare and upload rate card analyses and related reports</li> <li>Deliver weekly dashboards and presentations to stakeholders</li> <li>Support month-end close processes, including journal adjustments and reconciliations</li> <li>Track and follow up on Distribution Cost Centre activities</li> <li>Support budget and forecast processes related to freight</li> <li>Prepare and upload rate comparisons (actual vs. market) into SAP</li> <li>Coordinate annual PO creation via Coupa</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate updates of rate cards in SAP</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.</li> <li>Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to both technical and business issues.</li> <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; able to manage complex data sets and reporting.</li> <li>Experience working in a shared services environment is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP (especially SAP SD module) and Coupa is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div></p>
