<li>Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for assigned suppliers, managing end-to-end responsibilities including KYC verification, payment coordination and all related correspondence.</li>
<li>Verify entries posted by junior staff and interns in SQL to ensure accuracy in details, amounts and account codes.</li>
<li>Prepare and check all payment documents to ensure completeness, create payment transactions and issue payment vouchers for all payments.</li>
<li>Update and maintain deposit listings for both local and overseas suppliers to support effective payment planning.</li>
<li>Compile and verify supporting documents for customer refunds, management claims, corporate credit card expenses, staff claims and petty cash reimbursements prior to payment preparation.</li>
<li>Monitor, compile and follow up on supplier Credit Note (CN) requests with relevant internal teams until fully resolved.</li>
<li>Inform suppliers and payment requesters of scheduled payment dates and provide payment slips upon completion, when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of official bank information letters for new overseas suppliers.</li>
<li>Supervise the junior staff and interns to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of tasks.</li>
<li>Update monthly bank statements for all current accounts in shared folders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monthly closing activities related to accounts payable by performing monthly supplier statement of account (SOA) reconciliation and follow up on outstanding balances or unrecorded invoices.</li>
</ul>
