We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex problems through thoughtful design and structured thinking. This role goes beyond designing websites, you’ll craft digital products, internal systems, microsites, gamified experiences, and user journeys that balance usability, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
 

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, has strong design fundamentals, and approaches every challenge with logical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful digital experiences.

What your day looks like:

• Analyse business and functional requirements to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
• Research design approaches, UX methodologies, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging digital experience trends.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design experiences across websites, web applications, internal systems, dashboards, microsites, campaign sites, gamified experiences, and other digital products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design documentation, and interaction guidelines.
• Conduct usability evaluations and iterate designs based on findings, feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, DevOps, and development teams to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and delivered with quality.
• Stay updated with evolving UI/UX practices, technologies, design tools, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Required: Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Xd or other web design applications
• Required: Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae)
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role (We highly recommend sharing a portfolio of your past projects with us)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• A real knack for making things look good and a dedication to getting all the little details just right. 
• Having a good grasp of animation principles and being able to apply in prototype definitely a plus point.
• Curious. You’ve got an insatiable wonder for all things creative and technology and where the two merge.
