Job Description

  • Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Responsible for financial analysis.
  • Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
  • Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Account or any related course (ACCA qualification or currently pursuing ACCA will be added advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field, and candidate who have full set account experience will be an added advantage,
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Independent & fast learner.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantages)
  • 5.5 days work (Alternate Sat : 8.30am to 1.00pm)
  • Candidate who able to start working with short notice will have an added advantage.
