Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
- CRM Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Tenant & Partner Collaboration
- Build partnerships with merchant tenants, business partners, event organizers, and exhibitors to develop targeted marketing activities.
- Identify marketing opportunities and foster collaborations with brands and tenants.
- Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and manage customer segmentation strategies to optimize campaign analysis and reporting.
- Member Communication & Engagement
- Develop and execute member communication strategies, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and app push notifications.
- Create engaging content for CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app notifications, landing pages, SMS, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
- Customer Support & Feedback
- Manage customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
- Compliance & Data Protection
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and best practices for data privacy and security.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Customer focused, action-oriented, organized with strong time-management skill
- Database management experience and strong analytical and data management aptitude
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook)
