Job Description

Customer Relationship Management

  1. CRM Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  1. Tenant & Partner Collaboration
  • Build partnerships with merchant tenants, business partners, event organizers, and exhibitors to develop targeted marketing activities.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and foster collaborations with brands and tenants.
  1. Data Management & Analysis
  • Maintain the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement and manage customer segmentation strategies to optimize campaign analysis and reporting.
  1. Member Communication & Engagement
  • Develop and execute member communication strategies, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and app push notifications.
  • Create engaging content for CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app notifications, landing pages, SMS, etc.) to drive customer engagement.
  1. Customer Support & Feedback
  • Manage customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
  1. Compliance & Data Protection
  • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and best practices for data privacy and security.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Customer focused, action-oriented, organized with strong time-management skill
  • Database management experience and strong analytical and data management aptitude
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook)
