1. Closely partner the business team to drive revenue and margins of the Payments business, including through providing performance visibility, identifying optimization opportunities, and challenging business assumptions.
2. Lead the budgeting and forecasting of the payments business, ensuring accurate and timely financial submission.
3. Monitor financial performance of business unit against target, review reasons for variance, and propose opportunities to improve performance.
4. Provide financial support for business initiatives, including financial analysis, business case review, and variance analysis.
5. Manage cross-functional projects, including being the lead finance personnel to launch new payments initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the ecommerce or payments industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
4. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case review, and financial reporting.
6. Knowledge of SQL.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):
1. Experience managing senior business stakeholders (director+).
2. Experience managing cross-functional projects.
3. Proficient in Financial modelling.
4. Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
