THE POSITION: Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new partners who can benefit from the yield management services provided through the FunNow or Eatigo platforms.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Lead or Country Lead, you will be a key member of our Sales &amp; Business Development Team. The ideal candidate is a team player and someone who works in a fast-paced environment, under pressure whilst remaining resilient, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

<li>Prospecting and Lead Generation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Identify potential partners through market research, industry insights, and networking.</li>
<li>Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and partnerships to generate leads.</li>
</ul>
<li>Sales and Negotiation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to approach prospective partners.</li>
<li>Conduct presentations and pitches to present convincing business cases to demonstrate the clear value of our services </li>
<li>Negotiate terms and conditions of merchant agreements, including pricing, fees, and contractual terms.</li>
</ul>
<li>Relationship Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective partners, addressing inquiries and concerns</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams such as sales operations to ensure partners’ satisfaction at the point of onboarding.</li>
</ul>
<li>Compliance and Documentation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the partner acquisition process.</li>
<li>Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.</li>
</ul>
