Our Culture

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead our Malaysian operations team. This pivotal role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our e-commerce fulfillment process, from order processing to customer service, while managing platform financials and maintaining strong communication with our Chinese partners.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small but growing operations team (currently 2 members) responsible for order fulfillment and customer service</li>
<li>Order Management: Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers</li>
<li>Financial Coordination: Handle platform fees, transaction costs, and commission structures across multiple e-commerce platforms Marketplace, coordinating with the accounting department</li>
<li>Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and proactive communication</li>
<li>International Collaboration: Work closely with Chinese partners on strategy alignment, inventory management, and business development</li>
<li>Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting KPIs, challenges, and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Continuously identify ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency</li>
