Job Description

1) Manage and optimize the operational processes for the RedMart in Singapore, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high customer satisfaction.
2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, implement strategies, and enhance user experience on the platform.
3) Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable plans.
4) Develop campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth for RedMart Specialty Store Channel
5) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and internal stakeholders.
6) Implement and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded, while maintaining a focus on process efficiency.


Job Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2) More than 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment like Lazada or similar platforms.
3) Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
5) Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing operational processes, and delivering results in a target-driven environment.
