Responsibilities: - Design and conduct sophisticated and precise analyses to support business teams across various functions in optimizing their resources and strategies. - Own and operate end to end commercial target setting process, to enable the leadership team steer the business and ensure health growth of business - Collaborate closely with the BI and Data Product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in reported figures for various business teams. - Conduct thorough post-campaign analyses, evaluating performance metrics at both brand/seller levels and sales team achievements, comparing them against previous campaigns, and investigating any significant irregularities or issues that fall under the purview of the sales operation team. - Carry out targeted ad-hoc analyses to decode specific business scenarios and hurdles, delivering data-driven insights, recommendations, and solutions to diverse business units. - Offer strategic insights to senior management regarding sales operation domains, such as incentive structures for sales teams, optimal team sizes, and profitability insights, data-driven simulation models.
