Team and Role Introduction: Head of Marketing Solutions is responsible for end-to-end Lazada Sponsored Solutions business and operations with a team of 10+ FTEs and FTCs, report directly to Regional Head of Marketing Solutions with dotted line to Country Head of General Operations Responsibilities: -Own Marketing Solutions performance of the country across all solutions including Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Affiliate and External Traffic solutions -Collaborate with key stakeholders including country CEO, CBO, COO and leaders of commercial team to steer performance and support business requirements, lead key meetings -Conduct business analysis to identify performance issues and opportunities for growth -Enable local key account managers (KAMs) to be better at providing value and insights to their assigned sellers through education, communication and consultation -Localize and launch new products, new product features and new initiatives, be voice of local customers and provide recommendation for enhancement -Manage Marketing Solutions day-to-day operations including Sponsored Display pricing, reporting, finance operations and technical troubleshooting
