Job Description

Are you a Quantity Surveying (QS) student who is detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy? Looking to gain hands-on exposure in procurement within a fast-growing renewable energy environment?

We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Intern to support our sourcing, cost analysis, and system integration initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in sourcing materials and services from suppliers
  • Support RFQ/RFP preparation and price comparison analysis
  • Perform cost analysis and budgeting support for projects
  • Assist in contract documentation and vendor evaluation
  • Support system integration and digitalisation initiatives within procurement
  • Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
  • Work closely with Project, Finance, and Engineering teams

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of costing, BOQ, and contract fundamentals
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
  • Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and data analysis
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Exposure to procurement or contract administration
  • Experience using ERP systems or procurement software
  • Interest in renewable energy / construction / solar industry
