Job Description
Are you a Quantity Surveying (QS) student who is detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy? Looking to gain hands-on exposure in procurement within a fast-growing renewable energy environment?
We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Intern to support our sourcing, cost analysis, and system integration initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in sourcing materials and services from suppliers
- Support RFQ/RFP preparation and price comparison analysis
- Perform cost analysis and budgeting support for projects
- Assist in contract documentation and vendor evaluation
- Support system integration and digitalisation initiatives within procurement
- Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
- Work closely with Project, Finance, and Engineering teams

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of costing, BOQ, and contract fundamentals
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and data analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Bonus Points If You Have
- Exposure to procurement or contract administration
- Experience using ERP systems or procurement software
- Interest in renewable energy / construction / solar industry
