<li>Closing monthly management accounts within stipulated timeline.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of accounting records, bank reconciliations,inter-company balances, audit schedules, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare financial reports of Malaysia holding entity withinstipulated timeline.</li>
<li>Monitor budget utilization.</li>
<li>Support superior to prepare group reporting and analysis</li>
<li>Preparing the audit schedules for the annual audit and liaising with the external auditors on the issue and resolving the matters;</li>
<li>Liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditor and maintain a healthy working relationship with external parties.</li>
<li>As a back-up for colleague who in charge of payments process for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.</li>
