 Primary Responsibilities

To prepare full set of financial reports together with supporting schedules. Assist in cashflowmonitoring, payment processes and group consolidation.

• Closing monthly management accounts within stipulated timeline.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, bank reconciliations,inter-company balances, audit schedules, etc.
• Prepare financial reports of Malaysia holding entity withinstipulated timeline.
• Monitor budget utilization.
• Support superior to prepare group reporting and analysis
• Preparing the audit schedules for the annual audit and liaising with the external auditors on the issue and resolving the matters;
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers and auditor and maintain a healthy working relationship with external parties.
• As a back-up for colleague who in charge of payments process for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Accounting and 
• With 3 years working experience in similar post
• AutoCount, Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in handling of fullset accounts
• Experience in payment process 
• Familiarise with IFRS/MFRS
• Familiarise with statutory reporting timeline
