This role is responsible for delivering end-user technical assistance, maintaining IT systems and assets, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT services. Job Description : 
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support to end-users by addressing inquiries and resolving hardware and software-related issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with system setup, user account management, email configuration, and access control.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with the LESB team for technical advice, as well as with external vendors or service providers on IT-related matters when necessary.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update technical documentation, including filing systems, custodial records, and user guides.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the implementation of new systems and software.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Stay updated with IT trends and technologies to enhance daily operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance, validity, and timely renewal of IT-related assets, including software licenses, system subscriptions, warranties, and user access.&nbsp;</li>
