Job Description

• To handle billing, invoicing, and data entry in the accounting system, Checking supplier invoices and staff claims.
• Timely preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow management, payroll and accounts payable. Perform analytical reviews on financial statements on a monthly basis. 
• To handle office general administration.
• Handle Full Sets of accounts and prepare financial statements and notes to account. (Profit & Loss/Cashflow statement, Audit & Taxation/CP204/Form E/Company annual return)
• Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting records. 
• 2 working days/ week (Monday & Thursday only)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and min 2 years working experience in job scopes above. 
• Initiative and proficient in English and Chinese and possess written and verbal communication skills.
