<li>Install and manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain virtualization environments (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage file servers, print servers, and storage solutions (SAN/NAS).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct disaster recovery planning and testing.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Microsoft Support</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support for Microsoft products (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, Exchange Online).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive sync issues.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and configure Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for device compliance and security.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support Exchange Server (if on-premises).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Networking &amp; Security</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Support network devices (firewalls, switches, routers) if within scope.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and manage network connectivity and VPN access.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure system and network security through firewalls, anti-virus, and patch management.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer SSL certificates, security policies, and compliance standards.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. User Support &amp; Helpdesk Escalation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as escalation point for Helpdesk (Level 2/3 support).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot user issues related to hardware, software, and network access.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide end-user training and documentation for Microsoft products.</li>
</ul>
