<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker</strong>  who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play  a vital role in ensuring all booking inquiries are handled  professionally, and that communication between our clients and dispatch  team runs smoothly.</p>
<p>You will also support day-to-day operations  and report directly to the Reservation Manager, who is authorized to act  on all matters related to reservations.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Handle bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.</li>
<li>Relay accurate booking information to the dispatch team.</li>
<li>Confirm bookings with vehicle and driver details to customers.</li>
<li>Monitor and update drivers’ availability.</li>
<li>Maintain and update trip statuses in the system in real-time.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and communications.</li>
<li>Analyze customer feedback and escalate issues to management.</li>
<li>Report incidents or complaints and assist in resolving discrepancies.</li>
<li>Coordinate driver assignments based on availability and fairness.</li>
<li>Support operational goals aligned with the company’s mission and vision.</li>
<li>Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
