<li>Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and examination papers.</li>
<li>Evaluate and grade student performance in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Supervise students during clinical training and internships, where applicable.</li>

<li>Participate in curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with accreditation requirements and industry standards.</li>

Research &amp; Scholarly Activities
<ul>
<li>Conduct research in TCM or related fields and publish in recognized academic journals (where applicable).</li>
<li>Present research findings at conferences, seminars, or workshops.</li>
<li>Supervise undergraduate and/or postgraduate research projects.</li>

Administrative &amp; Service Duties
<ul>
<li>Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic events.</li>
<li>Assist with student recruitment, academic advising, and mentoring.</li>
