About the role
CRBC KUCHING KUTS BLUELINE 2' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, ensuring our employees are supported and our company remains compliant with employment regulations.

Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a human resource generalist role
- Able to speak Mandarin proficiently to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
