About the Role

Lips Carpenter is looking for a Tik Tok Content Creator/Digital Marketing Intern who loves short-form video and wants real hands-on experience growing a beauty brand through TikTok.
You won’t just observe — you’ll be creating content, working with creators, and seeing how your work directly impacts views, engagement and sales.
Job Scope
TikTok Content Creation
- Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram Reels
- Edit videos using CapCut with strong hooks and storytelling
- Film simple product and lifestyle content
- Research TikTok trends and turn them into brand content
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution
TikTok Affiliate Management
- Identify and reach out to TikTok creators and affiliates
- Coordinate collaborations and track creator deliverables
- Manage and maintain monthly KPI for creator partnerships
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in TikTok content creation
- Good sense of hooks and short-form storytelling
- Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Organised and able to manage multiple creators and follow-ups
- Previous content creator experience (internship, freelance, or personal account) is valued
- Passion for beauty and social media
