Are you someone who constantly saves TikTok ideas and understands what makes people stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds?
Lips Carpenter is looking for a Tik Tok Content Creator/Digital Marketing Intern who loves short-form video and wants real hands-on experience growing a beauty brand through TikTok.
You won’t just observe — you’ll be creating content, working with creators, and seeing how your work directly impacts views, engagement and sales.

<h2>Job Scope</h2>
TikTok Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram Reels&nbsp;</li>
<li>Edit videos using CapCut with strong hooks and storytelling&nbsp;</li>
<li>Film simple product and lifestyle content&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research TikTok trends and turn them into brand content&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with content planning and campaign execution</li>
</ul>
TikTok Affiliate Management
<ul>
<li>Identify and reach out to TikTok creators and affiliates&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate collaborations and track creator deliverables&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and maintain monthly KPI for creator partnerships</li>
</ul>
