<ul>
<li>Responsible for recruitment activities across the organization from entry level to strategic management positions.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily and monthly recruitment reports and analysis on recruitment activities, recruitment costs, manpower requirements and sourcing strategy, resourcing plans, statistics and building pipelines for current and future hiring demands.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers and Business Partners through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates.</li>
<li>Facilitate the interview and selection process utilizing the appropriate templates, including determining the most appropriate interview questions to measure candidates’ skills as required.</li>
<li>Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Take part in forming and maintaining a positive image of the Company.</li>
<li>Facilitate successful onboarding for new employees.</li>
<li>Ad hoc project and duties as assigned.<br></li>
