Who we're looking for

<ul>
<li>Support the end-to-end purchasing process for packaging materials, decorative items, and event supplies.</li>
<li>Create and issue purchase orders (POs), monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods for warehouse operations.</li>
<li>Liaise with local and international suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure product quality and availability.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory and cost tracking for procurement items, working closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams.</li>
<li>Assist in sourcing new materials or product concepts for seasonal campaigns, events, and product development.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-border purchasing and logistics for Malaysia and Singapore warehouses.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Operations, Creative, and Finance teams to ensure purchasing aligns with project timelines and budgets.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Undertake any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.</li>
