The brand refresh underpins both the evolution of Logicalis’ positioning as well as our strategic vision for growth.&nbsp;</div> Accountabilities:<ul><li>Provide legal review and advice to all levels of management on a wide variety of legal and business issues in across APAC entities.</li><li>Negotiate, draft and review agreements, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, reseller agreements, conditions of sale, non-disclosure agreement, teaming agreement, customer PO’s terms and conditions, statements of work, partnership agreements, etc.</li><li>Assist in compliance reporting to corporate headquarters.</li><li>Assist in all ad-hoc projects.</li><li>Legal review of tender/bids and ensure bid inputs comply with corporate policies.</li><li>Manage and assist in legal compliance matters, ISO certification(s), business licenses, contractual compliance, etc.</li><li>Assist in licensing and compliance matters.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in law</li><li>At least 3-4 years of private practice and or as in-house counsel (preference for experience within an MNC), handling corporate/commercial matters.</li><li>Strong and effective communication skills. Mandarin Chinese proficiency (both written and spoken) is preferred to support regional entities.(China, Hong Kong, Taiwan)</li><li>Possess a good business sense with the ability to connect business and legal knowledge to provide strategic advice.</li><li>Keen attitude towards learning and a can-do attitude towards taking on non-standard work tasks.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-centric setting, both within the Legal team and externally with other adjacent corporate and business teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience in the IT sector and/or in an intermediary setting (distributor, reseller, etc.) is an added advantage.</li></ul>
