Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Growth to build and lead our revenue growth engine across shows, tours, and IPs. This role goes beyond marketing. You will be responsible for turning audience attention into predictable revenue, improving ticket sales performance, and building scalable systems powered by data and AI. You will work across marketing, ticketing, data, and partnerships to drive measurable business growth.

Ticket Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase ticket sales across all events
- Build repeatable “sell-out” playbooks across cities and artist types
- Improve conversion rates across campaigns and ticketing platforms
- Align closely with marketing on performance-driven campaigns
Audience Data, AI & Insights
- Build and manage a centralised audience database
- Segment audiences using behavioural and transactional data
- Use AI tools to generate insights, predict demand, and optimise targeting
- Support development of predictive models for ticket sales and attendance
AI-Driven Growth Systems
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms, analytics tools) to:
- Optimise ad performance and targeting
- Generate and test high-performing content at scale
- Automate reporting, segmentation, and workflows
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output using AI
Content-to-Conversion Strategy
- Identify content that drives ticket purchases, not just engagement
- Build funnels from awareness to conversion
- Work with creative and marketing teams to optimise performance
- Run rapid experiments and iterate based on data
Pricing & Monetization
- Design ticket pricing strategies including tiering, early bird, and dynamic pricing
- Increase revenue per customer through upsells and packages
- Analyse show performance and optimise for profitability
IP Growth & Retention
- Build growth strategies for LOL Asia’s IPs across festivals, formats, and new shows
- Create systems for repeat attendance and audience retention
- Develop waitlists, communities, and engagement loops
Partnerships & Distribution
- Identify new audience acquisition channels and partners
- Develop affiliate or performance-based distribution strategies
- Work with partnership teams to expand reach and revenue
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Ticket sales growth
- Conversion rates (content to purchase)
- Revenue per customer
- Audience database growth and engagement

Experience
- 5–10 years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue optimisation
- Proven track record of driving revenue or user growth
- Experience with analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
AI Capability (Important)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and performance
- Ability to apply AI in real-world scenarios including marketing, data analysis, and automation
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and integrating them into workflows
- Bonus: Experience with APIs, automation tools, or building simple AI-driven systems

Employment Terms- Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.
Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of ticket sales growth, conversion targets, revenue per customer, and audience database milestones.
Contract Term: Full-time, with an initial term of one year, renewable based on performance.
Travel: Occasional travel within Southeast Asia required.
