An internship with us is an opportunity for you to be exposed to Loob Holding's business and provide you the chance to experience how a homegrown brand can be built to take on global players in the ever changing retail F&B landscape.

HR Department

• Support IR/ER processes through documentation and record-keeping (letters, memos, employee files).
• Assist in compiling data, reports, and statistics related to employee relations matters.
• Help coordinate meetings, hearings, and training sessions for IR/ER cases.
• Conduct research on labor laws, HR policies, and ER best practices.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication related to IR/ER updates.

Work Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Legal or any related field.
• Basic understanding of labor laws.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling documentation and data. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees and teams. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable preparing reports. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about IR/ER processes in a corporate setting.
