Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.
The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.
The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
Responsibilities
Conduct offline review of administrative audit logs and reconcile with authorized access requests.
Perform monthly VLOOKUP of system ID listings against active LAN IDs to detect leavers, duplicates, or abnormal IDs.
Carry out semi-annual and annual manual user access review & recertification.
Follow-up on access revocation confirmation within 5 working days after recertification.
Maintain trackers to record and monitor manual requests submitted outside of OneIdentity.
Provide service level review & monthly reporting support.
Provide support for audit requirements (RFI), KRCSA, and BCM testing.
Participate in projects / assignments as needed.
Skills
Must have
1+ years of working experience
Basic knowledge of OS platforms
Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400
Understanding of security administration / user provisioning
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP)
Basic understanding of IDM / Access Management processes
Ability to work with audit trackers & compliance teams
Strong attention to detail & documentation
Nice to have
Knowledge of OneIdentity / Access Management Tools
Familiarity with compliance standards (BCM, KRCSA)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Basic SQL / Excel macros
Experience in production support or IT governance
