Job Description

 Provide customer support for online platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and WhatsApp. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, delivery tracking, and after-sales service to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Handling message from customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and complaints
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
