<li>Handle online customer enquiries via chat, comments, and messaging platforms professionally.</li>
<li>Address customer feedback, complaints, and issues, including handling difficult customers tactfully.</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate with affiliates through designated chat platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.</li>
<li>Support and carry out administrative tasks as assigned by management. </li>

Working Hours:

<li>7.5 working hours per day (Rotate shift morning / afternoon)</li>
<li>6 working days per week</li>
