Job Description

  • Manage and monitor customer ratings and reviews across all company platforms.
  • Handle online customer enquiries via chat, comments, and messaging platforms professionally.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and issues, including handling difficult customers tactfully.
  • Communicate and coordinate with affiliates through designated chat platforms.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support and carry out administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Working Hours:

  • 7.5 working hours per day (Rotate shift morning / afternoon)
  • 6 working days per week
  • OT claimlable

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Proficient in Malay and English (spoken and written)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, patient, and customer-focused
