Job Description

1. Support the team with basic technical tasks (e.g., testing, troubleshooting, documentation).
2. Learn how to use tools or systems used by the team.
3. Assist in preparing reports, documentation, or technical materials.
4. Attend team meetings and training sessions.
5. Shadow senior team members to understand technical workflows.
6. Ask questions and be open to learning new things.
7. Maintain good housekeeping of workshop.
8. Cooperate and communicate between team members, government agencies, vendors, subcontractor and client to ensure effective working process until completion.
9. Provide technical input, advice, lead or support testing and commissioning.
10. Reports on project status, schedule and other relevant documentation required in a timely manner.
11. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management level.
12. Take on ad hoc tasks that may arise, such as project support from supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
2. Basic understanding of railway systems.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients and external.
4. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and an understanding of office software and tools.
6. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks.
7. A passion for learning about railway technology and infrastructure.
