RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender.</li>
<li>Ability to independently prepare, review, analyze various tender documents according to the bidding requirements and specifications. Ensure timely submission of all tenders.</li>
<li>To firm up list of Tender and proper necessary approval paper, prepare technical and commercial proposals. Knowledge of tender submission requirements and compilation tender submissions.</li>
<li>To create construction project management plan / schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.</li>
<li>To prepare and review project budget, cost estimate, and timeline throughout the design and construction works.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain material and labor price for tender propose.</li>
<li>Have adequate knowledge of understanding Electrical &amp; ELV tender drawings and able to pick up tender quantities for bill of materials or quantities (BOM/BOQ) </li>
<li>Able to attend tender meeting and do presentation for tender proposal.</li>
<li>Will liaise with executive management and engineer team for tender finalization.</li>
<li>Attend to other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.</li>
</ul>
