 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Trainee Intern to assist with our internal IT operations. This position is perfect for students eager to acquire practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and managing daily IT systems within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer fundamental IT support for hardware, software, and network-related challenges 
• Help set up and configure computers, printers, and other office equipment 
• Conduct troubleshooting for system, connectivity, and user-related issues 
• Assist in the upkeep of IT equipment to ensure optimal performance 
• Help with software installations, updates, and system checks 
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records 
• Provide technical assistance to users and offer guidance as necessary 
• Carry out additional IT-related tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Availability for an internship lasting a minimum of 3 months.
• Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn.
• Strong communication abilities and capability to assist non-technical users.
• Dependable and capable of working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of network configurations (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings).
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware or software problems.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and general office IT equipment.
• Previous exposure to fundamental IT support tools or systems is a plus.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
