<li>Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), validation documents, and production reports.</li>
<li>Track and maintain equipment licenses from relevant authorities.</li>

Operation Stage
<ul>
<li>Implement Good Manufacturing Practices, food quality system requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles in the production process.</li>
<li>Lead the production team to ensure daily operations run smoothly, schedules are met, and KPIs are achieved. </li>
<li>Monitor machine and process parameters and maintain traceable records.</li>
<li>Optimize manpower allocation to meet production targets and productivity goals within established timelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering team to address machine breakdowns, adhere to maintenance schedule, and ensure upkeep of plant machinery.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external audits.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain daily pre- and post-production reports and necessary documentation.</li>
</ul>
