About the role 
Mankaran Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our growing team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full-time HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
<ol>
<li>Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews</li>
<li>Onboarding new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed</li>
<li>Maintaining employee records and updating personnel files</li>
<li>Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, processing payroll, and handling employee inquiries</li>
<li>Coordinating and arranging employee training and development programmes</li>
<li>Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures</li>
<li>Collaborating with the management team to address employee-related concerns and enhance the overall employee experience</li>
</ol>
What we're looking for
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
<ol>
<li>1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably within the HR department</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management</li>
<li>A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements</li>
