Work Environment

<h4>Web Development</h4>

<li>Build, maintain, and update company websites, landing pages, and microsites (e.g., WordPress, custom HTML/CSS).</li>
<li>Ensure websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, hosting/server issues, or integration problems (forms, CRM, etc.).</li>
</ul>
<h4>Web Design</h4>
<ul>
<li>Design website layouts, banners, and UI elements that follow WMA’s branding and visual guidelines.</li>
<li>Create mockups and wireframes for new pages or digital experiences.</li>
<li>Enhance user experience and visual engagement for both internal and external platforms.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Technical &amp; IT Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support the IT team with domain, hosting, email setup, and website security (SSL, backups, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist in integrating web tools with CRM, email systems, webinar platforms, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure all digital assets and websites are backed up and up to date.</li>
</ul>
<h4>📈 Cross-Department Collaboration</h4>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaign landing pages, lead forms, and analytics tracking.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Events and Program teams to update training schedules, registration pages, and media uploads.</li>
