• 📅 Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in event management / project coordination.
   
• 🗣 Strong communication & people skills (clients, vendors, team).
   
• 💡 Creative thinker with sharp problem-solving abilities.
   
• 🧾 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
   
• 💻 Comfortable working independently in a WFH setup.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!)

• 📲 Experience in digital marketing or social media campaigns.
   
• 💼 Sales or client acquisition background.
   
• 🎨 Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
