<li>Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and proactive support to strengthen long-term client engagement.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and support.</li>
<li>Track and monitor account performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to understand client industries and identify growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Attend client meetings (physical or virtual) alongside the Business Development team and management as required.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.</li>
<li>Prepare regular internal reports and updates for account performance and client feedback.</li>
